German tuning specialists Mcchip offer a more powerful version of the Volkswagen Golf R. They reprogrammed the ECU of 2-liter four-cylinder turbo engine and its software is updated. As a result of these changes the power and peak torque of the car rose from 270 hp to 315 hp and from 350 Nm to 440 Nm. The cost of reprogramming of ECU of the engine is 899 euros.
