Volkswagen did a premiere in Beijing of its fully electric model called E-Lavida.
This is a sedan based on the Golf VI platform. Interestingly, this is the first electric Volkswagen entirely designed and manufactured in China.
Unfortunately there are no technical data on the car yet. The company just published several photos of E-Lavida, without any comments.
To recall that in Beijing two years ago, Volkswagen presented a conventional sedan Lavida which has length 4608 mm, width 1743 mm and 1465 mm height.
The distance between the axles of the car is 2610 mm and luggage compartment volume is 472 liters. The car will be available in China with two gasoline four-cylinder engines and Tiptronic transmission with six gears.
