JE Design has prettied the SUV up with a widebody kit including a front spoiler, wheelhouse arch extensions, rear apron insert, roof spoiler and rear hatch blend, all for 5355 Euro. Dual exhaust pipes with either round or trapezium shaped tips are available for 595 Euro. Topping-off the wide body look is a set of 22 inch wheels which can be custom painted in desired color.
Volkswagen unveiled its newest R-Line package designed for beautiful Touareg. As you probably guess the package is based on R-division of the brand, which is responsible for special projects, which include the upcoming Golf R.
Modifications are based mostly in sports settings of the chassis and the new 20-inch wheels. The interior has a pair of sport seats, leather-lined Nappa, heated steering wheel, special logos R-Line, pedal steel and brushed aluminum on the center console.
At the motor show in Qatar, which opened today, Volkswagen presented two concepts of the SUV model Touareg.
The first is the competitive version of the car involved in the Dakar Rally, but certified for use on the road for general use and the second is a car in which gold is used in the interior and in exterior.

While interest of tuning specialists is aimed more at Porsche Cayenne, Volkswagen Touareg remains ignored by them. To remedy this injustice, the team of Abt Sportline present his version of the SUV model from Wolfsburg.
JE Design released a new sports package – for new VW Touareg.
It includes new widebody kit which includes a revised grille, a new front spoiler, extended wheel arches, a rear apron insert, and a roof-mounted spoiler. JE Design also offers 22-inch aluminum wheels, a dual exhaust, and a suspension lowering module which reduces ride height by 35mm. The company outfitted the 4.2-liter TDI engine with a revised ECU. It increases output from 335 hp and 800 Nm to 404 hp and 930 Nm. Thanks to the extra grunt, the Touareg accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and hits a top speed of 269 km/h.
German tuning specialists CoverEFX revamped VW Touareg W12 and made a limited edition model.
For quite some time there have been spy photos and it seem that the time has come for the debut of the new Volkswagen Touareg. So the second generation model was shown as the german SUV is more than 200 kilograms lighter than its predecessor.
Even more impressive is that from the start the model will be available with hybrid gasoline-electric system. As regards to the public premiere of the car it will be at the Geneva Motor Show next month while sales will start in April. Otherwise we can say that the Touareg is in fact a more accessible version of the future Porsche Cayenne since both models have much in common.
In the Dutch site Autoweek.nl appeared pictures of a miniature version of the future Volkswagen Touareg. Debute of the real model will take place in March or April.
Photos show that the design has redesigned front and chrome accents are added while the windshield is placed under greater slope. The car has a sunroof (optional). It makes an impression that the new version of the model is shorter but seemed that the back is somewhat longer compared to its previous version.
