German tuning specialists Mcchip offer a more powerful version of the Volkswagen Golf R. They reprogrammed the ECU of 2-liter four-cylinder turbo engine and its software is updated. As a result of these changes the power and peak torque of the car rose from 270 hp to 315 hp and from 350 Nm to 440 Nm. The cost of reprogramming of ECU of the engine is 899 euros.
Creating new versions of the Volkswagen Golf GTI is not rare and unusual. Actually happens almost every week. Now is the turn of Neuss to offer a new tuning package designed for the sports hatchback, which includes improvements in style and dynamics.
Tuning professionals JE Design have made improvements in dynamics and style of the Volkswagen Golf GTI. They have increased its power from 211 hp to 271 hp (271 hp is equal to the standard GTI R). The maximum torque of 280 Nm increases to 370 Nm. As a result of the changes Je Design Golf achieves an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h for 6.4 seconds or half a second faster than before. The maximum speed of the model does is 257 km/h, making it slightly faster than the standard version.
Aerodynamic package JE Design includes new front spoiler with a central part with carbon film, side skirts, rear fascia and an updated diffuser. Priced at 899 euros interested can order a sports silencer to issue their car more impressive and appropriate sound to it. Tuning specialists have lowered its suspension by 35 mm to improve its management. It gets 19 car-inch rims in matt black, shod in high-quality tires 225/35.
Nobody can say that the system equipped with four-wheel drive on Volkswagen Golf R is slow but the team of German tuning company “Sport-Wheels” decided to make even more impressive dynamics of the hatchback.
Rieger spread the information about their new styling package designed for Volkswagen Golf GTI. Currently the company have not disclosed details of the dynamics of the car but we know that they have made bodykit including front spoiler, new skirts, new rear bumper design and some other small details.
The model gets more – front splitter, new side skirts, roof spoiler, rear diffuser and two oval tailpipes new stylish, the sound of which can be controlled by the driver. The car is attached to a 20-inch alloy wheels.

From mid-March the official dealers of Volkswagen for some European markets will show a new version of the Golf, called Golf Black.
This version will be only three-door turbo petrol 1.4 TSI with 122 hp power which will be combined with mechanical gearbox with 6 gears. There will be a DSG transmission with seven gears too.
During the Geneva Motor Show Volkswagen will show the updated version of its model CrossGolf. With it, the company will present at the event also the new CrossPolo, Polo GTI and Touareg. As with CrossPolo, and CrossGolf in fact is a slightly raised version of the facelift of the Golf Plus. Accordingly, the car is not driven by the four, only the front wheels.
In the exterior of CrossGolf we can see a few changes – upgraded design of the front and rear bumpers and taillights, as there are, of course, safeguard plastic protectors. The company offers a wide selection of designs for wheels.
