Tuning company B&B developed some engine upgrade kits for 2012 Volkswagen Beetle.

On top of the range, 2.0 TFSI engine in the standard specification produces 200hp (149kW/203hp and 280Nm (207ft), has increased capacity in five stages:

Schmidt Revolution has introduced a new tuning program for the Volkswagen Golf GTI (Mk5).

B&B for example, have decided to create a special sports program for the Volkswagen Golf GTI Edition 35, which allows for four phases of developing according to customer preferences and highest one costs 8950 euros.

The prototype has aeropackage, a new paint and special engine improvements. As noted, power is estimated at 370 horsepower and torque – 480 Nm. This is achieved by turbo APR Stage III and a sports exhaust system.

Well, since you can’t buy a GTI Reifnitz, then you can contact the tuners of APR (based Alamaba) who would gladly sell you the turbo and exhaust system.

The tuner doesn’t specify which engine they’re talking about but promises there will be 260 PS (191 kW / 256 bhp) available once they’re done, with output also boosted some by the in-house stainless-steel exhaust system. Very likely, it’s the 2.0 liter TFSI with a standard specs of 211 PS (155 kW / 208 bhp).

Wheels are the 20-inch R12 Nero rims with 225/30ZR20 tires while the suspension gets a modified KW Variant 3 coilover kit.

The total package will cost you €11,000.

First off is an ECU remap that bumps the power quotient up to 208 PS (153 kW / 205 bhp) and 487 Nm (359 lb-ft) of torque. Based on the facelifted Caddy, the Racer is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol engine that develops 270 PS (199 kW/266 hp) and 512 Nm (378 lb-ft) of torque. Other goodies include a revised six-speed manual transmission, Nitron adjustable dampers, a roll cage and 18-inch alloy wheels with Hankook racing tires.

Volkswagen UK Commercial Vehicle director Simon Elliott said “We learnt a lot through the developments made with the original Caddy Racer, and initial tests with the new van have been extremely promising.
