JE Design released a new sports package – for new VW Touareg.

It includes new widebody kit which includes a revised grille, a new front spoiler, extended wheel arches, a rear apron insert, and a roof-mounted spoiler. JE Design also offers 22-inch aluminum wheels, a dual exhaust, and a suspension lowering module which reduces ride height by 35mm. The company outfitted the 4.2-liter TDI engine with a revised ECU. It increases output from 335 hp and 800 Nm to 404 hp and 930 Nm. Thanks to the extra grunt, the Touareg accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and hits a top speed of 269 km/h.

German tuning specialists Mcchip offer a more powerful version of the Volkswagen Golf R. They reprogrammed the ECU of 2-liter four-cylinder turbo engine and its software is updated. As a result of these changes the power and peak torque of the car rose from 270 hp to 315 hp and from 350 Nm to 440 Nm. The cost of reprogramming of ECU of the engine is 899 euros.

Tuning professionals JE Design have made improvements in dynamics and style of the Volkswagen Golf GTI. They have increased its power from 211 hp to 271 hp (271 hp is equal to the standard GTI R). The maximum torque of 280 Nm increases to 370 Nm. As a result of the changes Je Design Golf achieves an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h for 6.4 seconds or half a second faster than before. The maximum speed of the model does is 257 km/h, making it slightly faster than the standard version.

Aerodynamic package JE Design includes new front spoiler with a central part with carbon film, side skirts, rear fascia and an updated diffuser. Priced at 899 euros interested can order a sports silencer to issue their car more impressive and appropriate sound to it. Tuning specialists have lowered its suspension by 35 mm to improve its management. It gets 19 car-inch rims in matt black, shod in high-quality tires 225/35.

The team of German tuning company RDX Racedesign created sports package, designed for Volkswagen Scirocco. Using thermoplastic components for the new body, the company actually gave the best of themselves to keep the mass low.

Volkswagen recently shown the new CrossPolo, which model filled the entire family of Polo.
New CrossPolo will be marketed in Europe with three petrol and three diesel engines. Power of the car will vary from 70 to 105 hp.

Across the internet appeared (unofficial) pictures of the new sedan, Volkswagen Jetta.
The main difference with the previous model is the platform for which new generation is no longer a hatchback Golf. Thus, Jetta has a separate model, not derived from the Golf, as it was always present. The new Jetta is a fully rebuilt.

The result is not bad at all – stylish design, better proportions, 90 mm more length. The front of the car has more attractive appearance, the side profile has taken something from NCC hybrid coupe concept shown in Detroit in January.

The longer wheelbase provides a high comfort and more volume. It has increased legroom for rear seat passengers. Originally Volkswagen Jetta will be sold with five engines – three petrol and two diesel.

Petrol 1.2 TSI from 104 hp power, 1.4 TSI with 121 hp and the top two-liter TSI will power 200 hp. Diesel versions are 1.6 TDI 104 hp power and two-liter TDI with 138 hp power.

Most engines will be combined with gearbox and dual-clutch DSG. BlueMotion versions 1.2 and a volume of 1.6 liters will be equipped with stop-start system and regeneration of energy used by the brakes. BlueMotion petrol will cost an average of about 5.5 liters per 100 km and emissions of 124 g/km and diesel about 3.6 liters per 100 km and emissions of 109 g/km.

Prices of the new Jetta will start in Europe of around € 21,000 and will be available in early 2011.

Today in Moscow Volkswagen presented the model Polo Sedan, designed especially for the Russian market.

The price of the compact sedan in Trendline equipment starts at 399,000 rubles (about 20,500 euro). Version Comfortline (with rich equipment, including ABS, heated seats, 15 inch wheels, etc., at a price of 468,000 rubles (about 24,000 euro).
